Mansfield Terrace, a relatively new property located in  Old Mansfield Village, was designed to serve quality vendors wishing to be  in a prime area at the world famous Covered Bridge Festival held each year in Parke County Indiana. Old Mansfield Village is the largest venue in the county and hosts over one million visitors each year. The 2008 Covered Bridge Festival will be the 52nd annual  fall show held in Parke County.

It has been  observed that quality vendors prefer to be located closest to the center of a festival, in the area where the greatest traffic flow is enjoyed, on a hard surface and in a safe and secure structure. The Mansfield Terrace meets all of those criteria. We are located at the intersection of Martin Road and Mill Road. Martin road crosses the Mansfield Covered Bridge and Mill Road is the "Main Street" of Old Mansfield Village.

Mansfield Terrace is located just 50 yards from the Mansfield Covered Bridge which is open to foot traffic during the Festival and is the only connection with both sides of Raccoon Creek. It is estimated that nearly 100 thousand people cross the bridge each day. Mansfield Terrace is located in the very center of Old Mansfield Village and overlooks the Mansfield General Store (built in 1830), the Old Mansfield Village Food Center and the Mansfield Civic Center and Annex.
